How to Have Presence and Project Confidence.

Move with grace and be okay taking up space.  When appropriate keep your arms and palms
open.  Moving this way shows you are not concerned, fearful or have anything to hide.

energy and confidence.

When you think about an event or challenge, avoid telling yourself "I hope this goes well."  When
you tell yourself that statement it means you expect the event to go bad and you HOPE it goes
well.  With that negative expectation your energy will shift to doubt.  You will not move with confidence and you will not speak with confidence.  So, instead tell yourself  "this is going to be great" or "I'm going to make this a success." ...talk to yourself like a leader!
