The Foundation​
​Module One: Mindset for instant rapport and energy exercise for unstoppable confidence. 

​Instant rapport, influence and positioning (module 2-5):
​​Module Two: How to greet and create rapport during the hello. How to create immediate trust and respect.

​Module Three: How to build rapport during the handshake.

​​Module Four: What to do and say when you first enter the home to position/frame yourself as a leader.​

​Module Five:  Voice patterns of influence. Which voice pattern to use and which can cause you to lose the opportunity

​Module Six: ​Subconscious motivation question one. Get insight into what you need to say so the seller takes action and selects you. And, to utilize should they have objections

​Module Seven: Subconscious motivation question two. Additional insight for influence and persuasion. ​

Module Eight: Million Dollar Question that will prime you as the ideal agent to list their home. This is a three part prime question I created and have had only share with my private coaching clients...with proven success.​​


Putting it all together to get a yes and/or eliminate objections (module 9-12):
​Module Nine (solution): Naturally transition to the solution (the solution to easily choose you) and additional objections language patterns, like how to respond when they say "we want to sleep on it." ​


​Module Ten: Commission conversation. How to eliminate sellers challenging your commission and language patterns to eliminate asking for a discount. Imagine the seller saying you deserve more. This actually happens. It is beyond trying to sell your value, it is about understanding the person's subconscious motivational drivers and using specific language patterns to disarm and two types of stories to use. Discover how to avoid coming across as needy. Because if you seem needy they know they got you. And, if you are okay slightly lowering your commission because it will be an easy sale...you'll discover a specific strategy to maintain your worth and branding.   ​


​​Module Eleven: Language patterns to handle the dreaded "We're going to interview other agents." Discover how to eliminate or maintain the valuable realtor to select by using their convincer strategy. ​


​Module Twelve: The Close. How to naturally and easily ask for the business and what word not to say. This word can stop them in their tracks and possibly say "we need to think about this."
